At FireFlow, we focus on the Primordial Breath techniques as taught by the White Tiger school. This is a dynamic Taoist Qigong exercise that harmonises the body, breath, and mind. This unique approach fuses traditional practices with cutting-edge science, with a focus on neuroscience and sports science.
