​Breathwork, or Inner Alchemy, is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. ​A distinct practise from meditation, it uses breath patterns and different rhythms to trigger different states of consciousness. 

​At FireFlow, we focus on the Primordial Breath techniques as taught by the White Tiger school. This is a dynamic Taoist Qigong exercise that harmonises the body, breath, and mind. This unique approach fuses traditional practices with cutting-edge science, with a focus on neuroscience ​and sports science.
