Prices and Location

Personalised hypnotherapy sessions are £60 and last one hour, offered on an appointment-only basis. Appointments are available from 4pm onwards in a peaceful and discreet treatment room on Barmouth promenade, providing a calm and welcoming space for your time of restoration.

Telephone Sessions


Telephone appointments are available for those who prefer to connect from the comfort of their own home. Each session lasts one hour and is priced at £45.  I also offer discounted package options when you book a series of telephone sessions in advance. Many clients find that committing to a course of sessions not only offers better value, but also creates the consistency needed for meaningful, lasting change. All sessions are confidential.
