Tai Chi is a structured martial art form that combines flowing movement sequences with balance, coordination, and mindfulness. Both practices promote relaxation, strength, and overall wellbeing.

What benefits can I expect from practicing Qigong or Tai Chi regularly?
Regular practice can help reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, support better posture, enhance breathing capacity, and promote overall mental clarity. Many students also report improved sleep, increased energy, and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing over time.

Do I need prior experience or a certain fitness level to join a class?
No experience is necessary! My classes are suitable for beginners and can be adapted to different fitness levels and physical abilities. Movements are low-impact, and students are encouraged to work at a comfortable pace.

What should I wear/bring to class?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows free movement. Flat, flexible shoes (or bare feet, depending on the class setting) are recommended. You may also want to bring a water bottle and a light jacket for outdoor sessions.
