Taster Videos

These taster Qigong videos offer a glimpse into the mindful movement practices I teach. Each video focuses on slow, intentional exercises that encourage better posture, improved circulation, and a calm, focused mind. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

These tasters demonstrate gentle Five Element Qigong movements, inspired by the traditional principles of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element is associated with particular organs, emotions, and qualities of energy, and the movements are designed to support balance and harmony throughout the body. Through flowing sequences and coordinated breath, you’ll experience how these elemental practices can help cultivate resilience, clarity, and a deeper sense of internal stability.

  • Wood Element

The Wood element represents growth, flexibility, and forward movement. It’s linked to the Liver and Gallbladder, supporting the smooth flow of Qi. Emotionally, it transforms anger into clear direction and purposeful action.

  • Fire Element

The Fire element represents warmth, joy, and outward expression. Linked to the Heart and Small Intestine, governing circulation and spirit (Shen). Emotionally, it transforms excitement into connection and vitality.

  • Earth Element

The Earth element represents stability, nourishment, and grounding. Associated with the Spleen and Stomach, supporting digestion and energy production. Emotionally, it balances worry into trust and centeredness.

  • Metal Element

The Metal element represents clarity, structure, and letting go. Linked to the Lungs and Large Intestine, regulating breath and elimination. Emotionally, it transforms grief into acceptance and strength.

  • Water Element

The Water element represents stillness, wisdom, and inner reserves. Associated with the Kidneys and Bladder, governing vitality and storage of energy. Emotionally, it transforms fear into calm and resilience.
